Southwest Florida Real estate sales

About Me

Picture of R.J. Dean

Originally a Miami native, I have been a Southwest Florida resident for over 23 years. After a short stint in the high end automotive industry, I shifted gears and entered into a career in the Real Estate industry. Since 2006 I have closed on over 1000 properties for happy customers!

I have had years of experience listing and selling bank owned foreclosures for the largest banks in America, which has given me a great insight as to how you can get your offer accepted in this competitive market.

As a buyers agent I enjoy working with customers no matter the price range. $40,000 to $400,000, I want to help find you the house your looking for, no matter the commission.

As your listing agent I specialize in marketing your property and going a step beyond the rest. All listings include personally shot high resolution edited photos and a virtual walk-through that will be seen by thousands. I also advertise on Zillow, Google, Yahoo Real Estate,, Craigslist, YouTube, and more!

If your looking for a realistic Realtor who will help you obtain your selling, buying or investing goals, please call or email me anytime and we’ll talk!
